Each pouch contains a single-serve muffin packed with 11 grams of protein and 683 milligrams phospholipids from milk fat globule membrane. This moist and fluffy muffin with Hilmar 7500 has blueberry pieces throughout and it’s easy to make. Place the mix into a microwave-safe mug, add ¼ cup of water, stir until blended and microwave on high for about 70 seconds for a quick, satisfying and nutritious treat.
